Workshops project participants
Workshops - a meeting involving members of the project with the following objectives:
- Analyze jobs or business problems of any nature that may arise in any member project to find the best solutions to them.
- Analyze implementation of the plan for the previous month and approve a plan for next month.
- Inform about possible changes in the project.
- Specify the date and the next meeting.
- Other questions.
Rules.
Meetings should not last longer than 1 hour and not less than 1 time per month.
